Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Upon approval of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, or discrepancies in your order. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), are non-returnable. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your specific item, please get in touch with us.

Please note that gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges: The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
